These Service Terms explain how Innovva Lab’s founder and venture services work, what is included in each service, what is expected from clients, and the boundaries of each engagement.
By purchasing or engaging Innovva Lab for a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms together with any applicable proposal, scope of work, invoice, or other written agreement provided for your engagement.
Our Services
Innovva Lab provides structured support for founders at different stages of developing and launching an idea.
Our current services include:
- Founder Assessment
- Idea Validation Sprint
- Founder Start Pack
- Launch Sprint
Each service has a specific purpose and scope. Services are not interchangeable, and the completion of one service does not automatically include the work or deliverables of another.
Founder Assessment
The Founder Assessment is a diagnostic service designed to provide a structured assessment of your idea and current readiness.
The assessment covers:
- Idea
- Positioning
- Market
- Offer
- Go-to-market (GTM)
- Execution readiness
The output is a written diagnostic report delivered as a PDF.
What is not included
Founder Assessment is diagnosis only. It does not include:
- Building or implementing the idea
- Idea validation
- Developing an execution plan
- Launch execution
- Branding, website, technology, recruitment, or other implementation work
The purpose of the assessment is to establish where your idea stands today and help determine the appropriate next step.
Idea Validation Sprint
The Idea Validation Sprint is focused on testing whether an idea is worth building before significant time or resources are invested.
The validation covers:
- The problem being solved
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Competition
- Offer
- Overall viability
The output is a written validation report delivered as a PDF.
What is not included
The Idea Validation Sprint is validation only and does not include:
- Building the product or service
- Website or technology development
- Branding or creative production
- Launch execution
- An execution-ready launch plan
Validation provides evidence and findings to inform the next stage. It does not constitute a guarantee that an idea will succeed commercially.
Founder Start Pack
The Founder Start Pack is designed to turn a validated idea into clearly defined business foundations.
The service covers:
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Positioning
- Offer
- Basic GTM direction
- Launch concept
These foundations are documented and delivered as a PDF.
What is not included
The Founder Start Pack provides foundational direction, not an execution-ready plan.
It does not include:
- Detailed channel execution
- Launch milestones
- A 30/60/90-day execution roadmap
- Day-to-day implementation planning
- Building or executing the launch
An execution-ready launch plan is covered separately through the Launch Sprint.
Launch Sprint
The Launch Sprint is Innovva Lab’s execution-ready planning service.
It turns established foundations into a practical plan covering:
- Launch channels
- Priorities
- Milestones
- 30/60/90-day roadmap
- Handoff briefs for relevant Innovva Group sister brands
The final deliverable is an execution-ready plan delivered as a PDF.
Handoff Briefs
Where relevant, the Launch Sprint may include a handoff brief for:
- Innovva Studio — for brand identity or website requirements
- Innovva Tech — for automation requirements
- HireSEA Talent — for hiring and team requirements
These briefs define potential next-step requirements. They do not automatically include the services, fees, or implementation work of those businesses.
